Local Content Register — How to Get Registered

Welcome to the Local Content Register

The official platform for registering, managing, and maintaining Local Content certification. This website is designed to make registration simple, transparent, and accessible for all eligible Guyanese nationals and Guyanese Companies.

Whether you are registering for the first time, checking the status of an existing application, or transitioning from the previous system, this platform provides a single, secure point of access.

First Time Applicant

For Guyanese Nationals or Guyanese Companies who have never applied for and be issued with a certificate of registration:

What you can do:
  • Create a new user account
  • Submit an Application
  • Upload required supporting documents
  • Track the progress of your application online
Steps to get started:
  1. Click Register as a New User
  2. Create your account
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Log in
  5. Complete and submit the Local Content registration form

Once submitted, you can log in at any time to check your application status.

Register as a New User Log In
Returning Applicant : A returning applicant is a Guyanese company who applied for and was issued a Local Content Certificate.
What you can do:
  • Log in to your account
  • View the status of an application
  • Renew an existing Local Content certificate
  • Update application details if requested

Log In to Access Account

For applicants who were previously registered and had an online account.

  1. Click Log In
  2. Enter your registered email address and password
  3. Access your dashboard and manage your application

Retrieve Account Access

For returning applicants who forgot their credentials to their account OR who applied for and was granted a Local Content Certificate but did not previously have an online account.

Steps to access the new system:
  1. Enter Certificate Number, Email or Username and click Send Reset Link
  2. Email with reset link will be sent to the email used to initially register
  3. Click reset link to set new password
  4. Login using email address and new password
