Procurement Coordinator

MODEC is looking for an experienced and committed Procurement Coordinator who will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

•Assure identification and sustainable solving of gaps and inefficiencies on the requests for material acquisition and services contracting through close interaction with Procurement internal clients.

•Coordinate and perform contract and commercial negotiations for material acquisition and service contracting, aiming to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen the capabilities of the Procurement Team Member.

•Improve Procurement Team Members’ analytical and negotiation skills by supporting them in their daily activities of bidding, analyzing, equalizing and negotiating of commercial proposals.

•Coordinate the Procurement Team with a focus on continuously enhancing internal capabilities through structured training programs, close performance monitoring, and coaching in day-to-day activities.

•Assure the development and implementation of proper KPIs, as well as the results driven mentality of each Procurement Team Member.

Requirements

• Post Graduation/MBA in Supply Chain, Economy, or equivalent course in (International Relations / International Law/ Engineering)

•Project management and Supply Chain Management certifications is preferrable

•Experience in leadership positions, on procurement activities in large scale oil and gas or transformation industries preferable.

•ERP (SAP, Salesforce, Coniqua and Kabal) and Microsoft Office advanced experience.
