Emergency and Essential Diesel Generator Maintenance

MODEC Guyana Inc. is seeking information from qualified and experienced companies capable of providing spare parts, materials, and certified technical personnel to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection of alternators installed onboard the FPSO Errea Wittu. The Contractor shall be capable of providing spare parts, materials, and technically qualified personnel to be deployed onboard the FPSO ERREA WITTU upon request. Personnel will perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure the continued and reliable operation of alternators onboard.

Requirements:
1. Provide certified manpower and technicians specialized in alternator maintenance, authorized by Cummins and ABB.
2. Demonstrate capability to supply all spare parts, materials, and consumables required for safe and efficient maintenance and operation.
3. Perform troubleshooting, corrective, and preventive maintenance in accordance with the manufacturers’ Installation, Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
4. Plan and record all services executed onboard, maintaining traceability and service history for MODEC review.
5. Ensure all personnel hold valid offshore certifications (OPITO BOSIET / HUET, IMIST, Confined Space Entry, ISO 9712 or equivalent).
6. Provide and maintain all required tools, calibrated instruments, and approved PPE necessary for the execution of the work.
7. Ensure compliance with MODEC HSSE standards and provide an effective HSSE Management System covering policies, KPIs, organization, and training.
8. The selected Contractor must have authorization from the manufacturers (ABB and Cummins).
