MODEC Guyana requests the services of a CONTRACTOR to provide skilled manpower, tools, and resources to perform planned and corrective in-field maintenance, remote monitoring, and technical support on Reverse Osmosis Package, Chemical Injection Packages, and CIP systems.

The CONTRACTOR shall provide skilled manpower, tools, materials, and resources to perform:
• RO package start-up, and associated documentation development
• Planned and corrective in-field maintenance, remote monitoring, and troubleshooting support
• Performance monitoring, improvement and optimization of the RO system to ensure on-spec freshwater production
• Replacement and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis membranes as required
• Support for all chemical injection packages, including SBS, Antiscalant, Biocide (DBNPA), and NaOH dosing systems
• Start-up and maintenance of the CIP system including tanks, heaters, pumps, and cartridge filters.

Units covered includes (but is not limited to) RO Cartridge Filters, RO HP Feed Pumps, RO Membranes, CIP Tank, CIP Heater, CIP Pump, CIP Cartridge Filter, SBS Dosing Tank and Pumps, Antiscalant Dosing Tanks and Pumps, Biocide (DBNPA) Dosing Tanks and Pumps, and NaOH Dosing Tanks and Pumps (all A/B configurations).

Requirements
• Must be a Manufacturer Representative or a company certified by the Manufacturer to perform maintenance of all RO HP Feed Pumps, CIP Pumps, and dosing pumps (Hitachi Aqua-Tech Engineering Pte. Ltd).
• Capability to carry out start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting of RO systems, CIP systems, and chemical dosing systems
• Capability to supply materials, tools, consumables, and calibration services as required
• Ability to support emergency call-outs and technical support offshore/onshore.
