Role Purpose: To conduct stock level check and provide accurate information to allow shipping plan definition to assure customer operation. To issue operative documents to guarantee the flow of resources to the rigs. To support invoicing process accordingly.
Desired Requirements:
– Technical degree or Bachelor’s in administrative areas or related fields.
– At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics/inventory or invoicing roles.
– Used to teamwork and collaboration
– Experience with SAP & Microsoft 365 (Excel advanced, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
– Strong verbal and written presentations skills
