CNOOC Petroleum Guyana Limited (CPGL) is a co-venturer in the Stabroek Block offshore Guyana, holding a 25% working interest. CPGL is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify and evaluate qualified companies capable of providing Contract Labor and Related Support Services in support of its operations in Guyana.
This RFI is issued for market research and planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment by CPGL to proceed with a contract award.
