Guyana Shore Base Inc. (GYSBI) is inviting qualified and experienced Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) and Pre-Qualification Checklist for the delivery of Operations Warehouse II Project (Project No. 0001), located at the GYSBI Industrial Estate (GIE).

Interested Contractors are required to demonstrate capability across the following areas: Company Information, Legal & Compliance, Financial Capability, Relevant Project Experience (minimum 3 similar warehouse/industrial facility projects), Technical & Execution Capability, HSE Management, Quality Management, Resources & Local Content, and Commercial & Contractual readiness.

Submissions must be emailed to tenders@gysbi.com on or before 16th April, 2026 must include a completed checklist and all required appendices (Letter of Interest, Project Reference Sheets, and Supporting Documentation). Only Contractors who successfully meet the pre-qualification requirements will be invited to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage.
