MODEC Guyana is seeking a SUB-CONTRACTOR to provide preventive maintenance, system configuration, software updating and verification for Telecommunication System. SUB-CONTRACTOR will provide the Certificate for Annual Radio in compliance with Classification Society and Flag State requirements. The scope of work involves constant maintenance of UHF/VHF radio systems in accordance with SOLAS requirements.

Requirements
1. Ensure the materials, equipment and professionals that will be provided to MODEC Guyana, are legally qualified to provide the services, in compliance with the applicable legal requirements, and in compliance with the technical specifications defined by MODEC Guyana.
2. Ensure all communications, reports and certificates to be done in English language.
3. Two technicians are required to embark at the FPSO to execute the scope for 4-5 days as per manufacturer requirements and attached job descriptions.
4. Must be able to provide Maritime Administration Department certification for applied services.
5. Must be able to provide remote support, via telephone or e-mail or any means of communication to guide the MODEC Guyana technical staff on board, as to the procedure to identify failures and alarms or even request any clarifications about the systems.
6. Have years of experience with the scope.
