MODEC Guyana requests the services of a CONTRACTOR to provide skilled manpower, tools, and
resources to perform planned and corrective in-field maintenance, remote monitoring, and technical
support for the HP Gas Compressor and their associated auxiliary systems as per the battery limits.
Supplier shall be able to provide on Condition Based Maintenance and Major Overhaul, which can
include:
• Inspection, repair, and assembly of compressor parts
• Rotor assembly and alignment
• Compressor installation and performance testing
• Dynamic balancing of rotating equipment
• Inspection and replacement of mechanical seals, as necessary
• Inspection and replacement of wear rings, as necessary
• Inspection and replacement of bearings, as necessary
• Condition monitoring and remote diagnostics
• Maintenance and calibration of control and instrumentation systems
• Inspection and maintenance of lubrication and sealing systems
• Replacement of critical components as per manufacturer’s recommendations
• Technical support and training for operation and maintenance personnel
• Supply of original spare parts from the manufacturer

Requirements
SUBCONTRACTOR shall be the Manufacturer or a Manufacturer Representative, or a company
certified by the Manufacturer to perform the maintenance on their behalf in accordance with
Manufacturer standards.
– The SUBCONTRACTOR shall ensure that manpower that will provide to COMPANY, are legally
qualified to perform the services, in compliance with the applicable legal requirements for each position
required.
– Demonstrated capability to provide: Planned and corrective field maintenance (offshore), remote
monitoring and troubleshooting, condition-based maintenance, major overhauls, and emergency support,
technical training and support for operations staff.
– Capability to supply all tools (including special, torque, and measurement tools), original spare parts,
and consumables as required for maintenance activities.
– Robust HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) management system, with policies, training
records, KPIs, and emergency/bridging documentation.
– Proven track record of providing similar services for high-pressure compressor packages (preferably on
FPSOs or floating installations), including references and project history.
