CNOOC Petroleum Guyana Limited (CPGL) invites qualified and experienced Contractors to submit information for the provision of Dedicated IEPL Services between the CPGL Guyana Office and the CNOOC Hong Kong Data Center.

The Contractor shall provide a fully managed, end-to-end connectivity solution inclusive of all required telecommunications infrastructure, local loops, in-building cabling, WAN optimization appliances, backup connectivity, monitoring services, technical support, and associated engineering services necessary to meet the requirements outlined in this document.
