MODEC is looking for experienced Guyanese professionals to take part in a two‑year on‑the‑job development program.

The program provides hands‑on experience and practical skills in real operational environments, with opportunities for 6 Technicians and 1 Planning Engineer. Successful participants who demonstrate strong performance may be offered permanent positions upon completion.

Requirements

•Technicians should possess a Technical Diploma in a relevant discipline

•For the Planning Engineer, applicants should possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline.

•Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

•Be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced offshore environment​
