MODEC Guyana needs to establish printer services to ensure efficient activities for new offices. The scope includes leasing, maintenance, and supplies of rinters.
• Leasing and install new and modernized printers;
• Ensure printer connectivity with the existing network.
• Train employees for effective use of the new equipment.
• Implement a monitoring and management system for the printers.
• Initial demand forecast for 5 printers (medium to large) for the office. Later, the number will increase
and the company will also meet offshore demand. Between 30 and 50 printers in total (forecast).
• The printer models to be offered must be large (A3 and A4) and medium (A4) sizes;
• All printers must have network scanner functionality;
• Physical locations where the printers will be installed;
• Configuration of printers to connect securely to the network;
• Verification of the existing network for compatibility and capacity.
