Story
Set in the utopian city of Piltover and the oppressive underworld of Zaun, the story follows the origins of two legendary League of Legends champions and the power that will tear them apart. See the cast behind some of your favorite animated films and series, including Ella Purnell in Uncanny. Fortiche Productions filmed a music video called "Get Jinxed" for Riot in 2013. Riot was so impressed with the work that they asked Fortiche to make an animated series, which took them several years to complete. After the release of the first season, Riot announced that there would be a second season and that it would take less time.

The fight scenes were challenging and stunning
There’s a common saying that LoL’s big budget went into animation instead of champion balancing in the game, and that couldn’t be more true. I wasn’t expecting this masterful level of animation. With each episode, they found more ways to wow the audience with incredible visuals and transitions. While the series wasn’t entirely canonical to the original lore, it’s still a tense story that creates an interesting universe. I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t very impressed with the first act, but episode 4 that followed completely won me over.
I wanted more and I hate waiting
My only problem with the story was that I just couldn’t get enough of it. The characters were great, and so was the animation. Many of the character dynamics captivated me and made me realize how much I needed them. I admit that some characters were straightforward, but not all of them were predictable. Some of them surprised me until the very end.

Overall, even though the game was a love-hate, Arcane was certainly just love and a phenomenal step in the creation of LOLCU. 8.5/10.. We rounded up all the anime series and movies we could find — created or distributed by Netflix — to see which ones ranked highest according to IMDb users.
