Bourbon Guyana Inc. has a job opening for a Facility Officer (Administrative Assistant) .

Successful Candidate Shall comply with:

Your role as Facility Officer for BOURBON Guyana’s office is to:

• Manage all office services to ensure smooth daily activities of all administrative processes
• Control & update the Office’s Fees by the reception of invoices and payments under directions from Country Manager
• Ensure that all documents related to Company office are completed and up to date
• Collect and Drop Off documents from/to GRA, Legal Firm, Banks, NIS, BRAVA.. and comply with local requirements
• Ensure that the facilities are maintained in order

Profile:
Your profile:
• You know how to use business software and manage administrative topics
• Know how to realize reporting
• You have Secondary Education
