Legal & Compliance Analyst

MODEC is looking for an experienced and committed Legal & Compliance Analyst who will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

•Consolidate and analyze data related to the C&E Program, with the goal of preemptively identifying risks and trends, and proactively propose measures to mitigate them.

•Actively participate in the Anti-Corruption Due Diligence (ACDD) process for all new and existing vendors, in accordance with requirements set out in internal policies and procedures by ensuring that information provided across all forms and vendor-provided documentation is complete, accurate, and consistent.

•Ensure that all contracts and corporate documents contain language which is in compliant with the Code of Conduct.

•Proactively propose changes to current policies and procedures, aiming to mitigate risks, reduce unnecessary workload, or improving the final users’ experience

•Carry out all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Legal and Compliance Manager, the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and other leadership.

Requirements

•Previous experience in Compliance-related positions.

•Prior experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus

• Nationally or internationally recognized compliance certifications (CPC-A, CCEP-I) are a plus

•Advanced Microsoft Office Package knowledge
