The program provides trainees with the technical and practical skills needed to work in the offshore environment, with guidance and mentorship to build a solid technical career.

Requirements:

Applicants for Maintenance should possess a certificate in related areas such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation.​
For Production, any technical certificate in a Technical Field is applicable.​
Be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced offshore environment​
Strong technical and organizational skills.​
Recent graduate from a technical institution up to two (2) years of conclusion​
