Personnel Logistics Analyst (Crew Change Coordination)

MODEC is looking for an experienced and committed Personnel Logistics Analyst (Crew Change Coordination) who will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communications and aligning crew change plans with service expectations and SLAs.

•Coordinate end-to-end crew changes, including scheduling, travel logistics, documentation, and onboarding/offboarding support.

•Maintain accurate personnel records and systems, ensuring bookings and document validity are current and compliant.

•Support workforce planning, including rotation schedules, talent pool updates, and back-up coverage to ensure continuity.

•Provide clear reporting and updates, delivering dashboards and summaries on headcount, schedule adherence, expiries, and risks.

•Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, partnering with internal teams and clients to meet standards and close gaps.

•Conduct pre-briefs and post-briefs for crew changes, confirming readiness, capturing feedback, and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree is required.

•Overall experience with administrative issues is expected

•Previous experience in the Oil & Gas sector is a competitive edge.

•Microsoft Office package knowledge is required.

•Basic Power BI knowledge is expected.
