Personnel Logistics Analyst (Ground Transportation Coordination)

MODEC is looking for an experienced and committed Personnel Logistics Analyst (Ground Transportation Coordination) who will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

•Plan and schedule ground transportation, allocating vehicles/drivers and optimizing routes for reliable, on-time performance.

•Coordinate vendor and fleet operations, supporting scale-up, readiness, and delivery against agreed SLAs.

•Oversee end-to-end passenger journeys, from airport reception to destination, with contingencies for delays or disruptions.

•Support routine and peak movements, including expatriate travel, crew change days, and inter-office shuttles.

•Maintain safety and compliance standards, ensuring accurate manifests, permits, and incident reporting.

•Provide regular status updates and reports, keeping stakeholders informed and maintaining audit-ready records.

•Implement dispatch and communication protocols, standardizing check-ins, ETA updates, and exception handling with drivers and coordinators.

•Manage change and disruptions, executing reroute/recover plans, arranging backup vehicles, and communicating timely updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree is required.

•Overall experience with administrative issues is expected

•Previous experience in the Oil & Gas sector is a competitive edge.

•Microsoft Office package knowledge is required.

•Basic Power BI knowledge is expected.
