Training & Development Analyst

We are looking for a committed and experience Training and Development Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Managing regulatory training schedules for offshore teams per the Regulatory Matrix, from booking to system updates.

– Creating, updating, and maintaining classes in the LMS, including enrollments, prerequisites, curricula, and completions.

– Coordinating with vendors for quotes, calendars, bookings, confirmations, no‑show handling, and rescheduling.

– Tracking and reporting Training KPIs and dashboards, providing timely insights and status reports.

– Organizing and delivering corporate programs using audience‑appropriate, practical methodologies.

– Run training needs analysis (TNA) and build the annual training plan.

– Managing the T&D budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

– Evaluating training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and impact metrics.

-Ensuring adherence to the training plan and regulatory compliance, with auditable evidence and expiry controls.

– Maintaining strong Excel‑based controls (dashboards, data reconciliation, trackers) and keep records well organized.

Requirements

-A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

-A Post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development is an asset.

-Experience in the HR field, with a focus on Training and Development preferred.

-LMS (Learning Management System) experience and at least intermediate level of MS Excel and PowerBi.
