MODEC Guyana Inc. is seeking a qualified SUBCONTRACTOR to provide a dimensional control team onboard the FPSO installation offshore Guyana. The team’s purpose is to perform piping metrology for riser hook-up spools and any other dimensional measurements onboard FPSO Errea Wittu.

The overview of the scope shall include:

* Provide dimension surveyors equipped with laser scanners and total station with calibration certificates.
* Piping metrology for the 10 riser hook up spools at the riser balcony by surveying the tie-in points at the module and the riser top flange for the respective lines. Refer to fig.1 (attached to the RFI) for markup of the survey locations on the overview 3D model showing the riser spool arrangements at the riser porches.
a) Development of piping fabrication ISO with the survey data. The piping fabrication ISO shall be:
i) based on marking up on the as-built ISOs provided by CONTRACTOR.
ii) in event of significant deviation to original design, a new design ISO shall be prepared based on offshore survey data.

b) Development of 3D model for the riser hook up spool from the survey points and updated ISO.
* Survey and ISOs shall be primarily local measurements for riser spool.
* Full management of all required data/records and preparation of dimension reports.
* Prepare separate report for survey data with references to project global coordinates.

Requirements:
* Proven experience supporting offshore work in oil & gas or similar industrial environments.
* Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and to interpret engineering and design drawing.
* Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to offshore activities.
* Availability of certified equipment for offshore use.
