MODEC Guyana requests the services of a SUB-CONTRACTOR to provide skilled manpower, tools, resources to perform Elevator preventive and corrective maintenance. The SUB-CONTRACTOR will be required to perform annual maintenance service, 5-year maintenance service, and corrective maintenance based on on-demand needs. The scope will cover both cargo and passenger elevators.

Requirements
1. Ability to provide all tools and equipment necessary to execute the scope of work.
2. Capability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting as required.
3. Provision of adequately skilled manpower to execute maintenance on cargo and passenger elevators on the FPSO.
4. ABS certification, with all maintenance activities performed in accordance with ABS rules.
5. Personnel holding all mandatory offshore trainings and certifications required by law and by MODEC for this scope.
6. Assurance that all materials, equipment, and personnel provided to MODEC Guyana are legally qualified to perform the services, compliant with applicable legal requirements, and aligned with MODEC Guyana’s technical specifications.
7. All communications, reports, and certificates to be provided in English.
8. All personnel and equipment involved in executing the SERVICES must comply with local practices, laws, and regulations.
