MODEC Guyana Inc. (“MOG”) is seeking a potential SUBCONTRACTOR to provide comprehensive field maintenance and technical support services for the Flash Gas Compressor units installed on CONTRACTOR’s FPSO, ensuring the highest standards of service quality, reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
The SUBCONTRACTOR will deliver integrated maintenance solutions for the Flash Gas Compressor system, including provision of skilled manpower, tools, consumables, calibration services, and associated logistics. Services shall cover both planned and corrective maintenance, emergency call-outs, remote and in-field troubleshooting, and full compliance with manufacturer requirements and MOG procedures. All activities must align with applicable regulatory requirements, HSSEQ standards, and operational excellence objectives.
The Flash Gas Compressor services will support critical FPSO topsides operations, including compression of produced gas for processing, dehydration, and injection systems. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall ensure personnel competency and technical execution suitable for offshore environments, maintaining unit availability and integrity through industry best practices, certified workmanship, and documented quality assurance.

Maintenance Activities
• Planned maintenance per OEM requirements.
• Corrective maintenance, emergency embarkation, and on-call remote support.
• Condition-Based Maintenance and Major Overhaul capabilities, including:
– Parts repair and assembly
– Rotor assembly
– Compressor installation and testing
– Mechanical seal inspection/replacement
– Coupling inspection/replacement
– Wear ring inspection/replacement
– Bearing inspection/replacement
Requirements
SUBCONTRACTOR must be the OEM, an OEM Representative, or certified by the OEM to perform maintenance according to manufacturer standards.
Personnel must be legally qualified, fluent in English (speaking and writing), and adhere to MOG HSSEQ requirements and Guyana law.
Execution planning to be submitted and approved by COMPANY, especially for shutdown activities.
Work follows offshore schedules while embarked; coordination with FPSO operations for embarkations.
Quality of services is the SUBCONTRACTOR’s responsibility; deviations must be quoted for corrective action.
