GYSBI (the Client) invites tenders from surveying firms (the Hydrographic Surveyor) for the provision of professional hydrographic surveying services under a Master Service Agreement (MSA). The MSA shall be in effect for 3 years with options to extend in 1 year increments.
The Local Content Secretariat aims to ensure the prioritisation of Guyanese nationals and Guyanese companies in the procurement of goods and Services for the enhancement of the value chain of the petroleum sector and to enable local capacity development.
