MODEC Guyana Inc. (“MOG”) is seeking a potential SUBCONTRACTOR to be responsible for providing comprehensive industrial gas supply services for MODEC’s operations in Guyana, ensuring the highest standards of material quality, supply reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

The SUBCONTRACTOR will deliver integrated industrial gas supply solutions for the FPSO, including the provision of industrial gases, cylinders, and accessories, as well as managing delivery scheduling, ensuring quality assurance through certificates and technical documentation, supporting logistics to the onshore material base, and maintaining records of all relevant documents. All activities shall be performed in alignment with MODEC procedures, applicable authority requirements, quality assurance standards, and operational excellence objectives.

The supplied industrial gases will be utilized across a wide range of FPSO systems and applications, including but not limited to: Portable Gas Detector bump calibration, laboratory operations, HVAC systems, flare pilot operation, welding activities, charging of various systems, in-line gas chromatographs, and fire & gas detection systems. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall ensure that all gases provided meet the specific requirements for each application, supporting safe and efficient operation of all designated equipment and processes.

The scope of supply includes, but is not limited to, the following industrial gases and related accessories:

Calibration gas cylinders.
Helium.
Carbon dioxide.
Refrigerant gases (R513A, R449A).
Oxygen.
Acetylene.
Argon.
Nitrogen (including pure nitrogen and calibration mixtures).
Methane mixtures.
Hydrogen calibration gas.
Calibration gases for analyzers.
Standard gas mixtures.
H₂S calibration gas.
CO₂ calibration gas.
Gas cylinders.
