Instrument Air Compressor Package Maintenance Services

MODEC Guyana Inc. (“MOG”) requests the services of a SUBCONTRACTOR to provide skilled manpower, tools, and resources to perform planned and corrective in-field maintenance, remote monitoring, and technical support for the Instrument Air Compressor (IA) package, which includes:
• Air Compressors (CBE-4510A/B/C/D) – Tamrotor Marine Compressors (TMC) model TMC 360-11
EWNA FW, oil lubricated, water-cooled single stage screw compressors.
• Adsorption Dryers (MBE-4520E/F/G/H/J/K/M/N) – TMC A2200 with DC1-D Controller.

The SUBCONTRACTOR will be required to support preventive and corrective maintenance, perform
troubleshooting, and provide technical support to ensure the continuous availability and reliability of the
FPSOs instrument and utility air systems

Requirements The SUBCONTRACTOR shall:

1. Execute preventive maintenance for compressors and adsorption dryers as per manufacturer’s manuals
and MODEC’s maintenance strategy, including but not limited to:
• Parts inspection, assembly/disassembly, repair/replacement.
• Mechanical seals, couplings, belts, pulleys, and oil separators inspection and servicing.
• Dryer desiccant replacement, solenoid valve replacement, dewpoint transmitter calibration.

2. Provide corrective maintenance support for unplanned issues, including troubleshooting, shaft seal
inspections, compressor air-end servicing, and other activities to restore system reliability.

3. Ensure certified manpower is supplied for maintenance execution as per manufacturer standards, with
fluency in English (spoken and written).

4. Provide mobilization/demobilization services, including visas, transportation, local accommodation,
food, and all costs related to deployment of field service engineers/technicians.

5. Demonstrate an effective HSSE management system covering:
• HSSE policies (Drug & Alcohol, PPE, etc.)
• HSSE KPIs, training, and records.
• Safe system of work procedures and bridging documents for emergency response.

6. Ensure all tools, materials, and PPE are certified, in compliance with MODEC’s HSSEQ requirements.

7. Provide deliverables, including service history records, certificates, and reports, in English.

8. Support MODEC through Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance standards, including field
call-outs, online troubleshooting, and root cause analysis participation.

9. Ensure compliance with all certification requirements for offshore services as per MODEC’s HSE
requirements.

10. Provide all services in full compliance with industry standards, OEM guidelines, and MODEC’s
requirements
