The MATERIALS shall ensure reliability, standardization, warranty coverage, and operational efficiency in IT asset management, aligned with COMPANY policies, MODEC standards, and applicable Guyanese laws and regulations.

The objective also encompasses the standardization of IT assets to maintain a consistent and high-quality work environment, to ensure that all employees have reliable, cost-effective, and efficient equipment to support their roles.
Requirements
– All equipment delivered per minimum specifications; Cisco mandatory where specified, with permissible additional alternatives proposed separately.
– Provide clear delivery deadlines of all equipment.
– All equipment must be sourced from the manufacturer or official manufacturer representatives.
