MODEC Guyana Inc. (“MOG”) requests the service of calibration and preventive maintenance services for chemical analysis laboratory equipment on the FPSO Errea Wittu.

• Perform preventive maintenance and annual calibration for listed equipment, with the possibility of contractual addendums for new equipment acquired during the contract term.
• All calibrations and maintenance must be carried out by Company in the sector with proven technical capability and the ability to issue calibrations traceable.
• All results must have their uncertainty expressed in the Calibration Certificate, and all calibration certificates must be accompanied by the Critical Analysis Report, following the parameters and criteria described by the requestor.
• Calibrations should be performed offshore whenever possible, and onshore in other cases, in accordance with the details in the internal technical document. The same table presents all necessary data of the equipment and the parameters to be verified.
• Report in a separate document or in the observations field of the certificate the details of any preventive maintenance applied to each equipment. When corrective maintenance is needed, provide a report detailing the deviation, accompanied by a commercial proposal for repair.
• If the CONTRACTOR has other quality certificates, such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025, etc., please include this information in process, as it may be considered in the technical evaluation.
