The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for conducting comprehensive water quality analysis on samples collected from Modec Guyana Inc. (MOG) fleet. The analysis will include, but is not limited to, testing for physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters to ensure the safety and quality of potable water.

The contractor will perform the following services:
• Physical, Chemical Microbiological and Analysis according to GWI (Guyana Water Incorporated).
• Reporting: Provide detailed reports of the analysis results, including any deviations from the standard proposed.
• Report available online and sent by email.
• Report must to contain:
– Test Report number.
– Publication date.
– Client information.
– Sample type.
– Date of Collection.
– Receipt Date.
– Responsible for sampling.
– Collection Location (Vessel).
– Analytical Results – Analysis / Results / Guideline / Uncertainty / Unit / Reference / Date Analysis
– Remark.
– Signature of the responsible.
