MODEC Guyana Inc. requests the service of a SUBCONTRACTOR to provide Outsourced Procurement Services. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall be responsible for delivering Outsourced Procurement Services that support the CONTRACTOR in the acquisition of goods and services in an efficient, transparent, and compliant manner. The SUBCONTRACTOR will execute activities across the full procure-to-pay cycle or as otherwise agreed.

The SUBCONTRACTOR will be responsible for providing Procurement Services, including but not limited to:
a) End-to-end management of the purchasing process (from requisition to purchase order);
b) SUPPLIER research and qualification;
c) Requesting and analyzing quotations;
d) Conducting RFI/RFQ/RFP processes;
e) Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions;
f) Monitoring deliveries and following up with SUPPLIERS;
g) Supporting audits and regulatory compliance;
h) Supporting SUPPLIER qualification (when applicable).
