CNOOC Petroleum Guyana Limited (CPGL) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified and experienced service providers capable of delivering Media Services to support CNOOC’s operations in Guyana.
This RFI is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will not result in the award of a contract. Information received may be used to inform a future procurement process.
