Services include Medical emergency evacuation (ambulance service when required) and Medical Check Out: Hemogram, Glucose, Lipid profile, Hemoclassification, Drug Screen, Partial urine, Drug confirmatory, Serology, Partial urine, Spirometry, Electrocardiogram, Visiometry, Musculoskeletal Assessment and Lumbosacral X-ray.
Additional technical specifications available upon request.
Interested vendors are to submit the following:

 Certificate of Incorporation with a validity of not more than 30 days
 Local Content Certificate of registration or proof of submission to the Local Content Secretariat or proof of all the necessary requirements to acquire the certificate as per the definition of Guyanese Company or Guyanese national
 Medical laboratory locations for the provision of the services requested
 Three certificates of proven experience
 Certification and systems for QHSE management (international standards preferred)
