Tenaris Guyana Inc. invites suitable suppliers to submit technical information for the provision of payroll services in Guyana. Services include: monthly payroll calculations; payroll processing; electronic payroll reporting; electronic payroll; submission of statutory documentation; preparation, payment and E-service submission of PAYE Monthly returns, preparation and submission of form 2B/7B document, scheduled NIS Contribution documents and submission upon Tenaris approval; handling of maternity leave with relevant entities and other payroll settlement issues.

Interested vendors are to submit the following:
 Certificate of Incorporation with a validity of not more than 30 days.
 Local Content Certificate of approval or proof of submission to the Local Content Secretariat to obtain the Certification ID.
 Three (3) certificates of proven experience or recommendation letters from previous clients (Customers).

Deadline for inquiries/submission: March 14, 2025. Late senders will be dismissed.
