Tenaris Guyana Inc. hereby invites suitable vendors to submit technical information for the sourcing of talent recruitment services in Guyana. Services include intake job requisition alignment; setting of recruitment timeline; screening (mandatory online assessments per candidate); candidate shortlisting; candidate interview coordination; and following up during offer stage until offer acceptance; ad-hoc onboarding training services to be requested and agreed on upon request. Additional technical specifications available upon request.

Interested vendors are to submit the following:
 Certificate of Incorporation with a validity of not more than 30 days.
 Local Content Certificate of approval or proof of submission to the Local Content Secretariat to obtain the Certification ID.
 Three (3) certificates of proven experience.
 Certification and systems for QHSE management (international standards preferred)

Deadline for inquiries/submission: April 14th, 2025. Late senders will be dismissed.
