MODEC Guyana is seeking a SUBCONTRACTOR to provide skilled manpower, tools, and resources to perform planned and corrective in-field maintenance, remote monitoring, and technical support on the Seawater Coarse Strainers Package, Ultra-filtration Packages, and SRU Packages.

The CONTRACTOR shall provide skilled manpower, tools, materials, and resources to perform:
• Commissioning & start-up of the seawater treatment system
• Planned and corrective in-field maintenance, remote monitoring & troubleshooting support
• Performance monitoring, improvement and optimization to ensure stable production of on-spec treated seawater
• Supply of materials, tools, consumables and personnel for commissioning/start-up activities
• Replacement and maintenance of SRU membranes & UF membrane units

• Process Cooling Medium/ Seawater Exchangers
• Process Cooling Medium/ Treated Seawater Exchangers
• Seawater Booster Pumps
• UF & SRU CIP Systems, tanks, heaters, pumps and cartridge filters
• CEB System including tank & pumps

Requirements
• Capability to execute start-up, maintenance, monitoring & optimization of complete seawater treatment systems
• Capability to maintain SRU Feed Pumps, UF Vessels, CEB pumps, CIP pumps, vacuum deaeration systems & booster pumps
• Ability to supply all commissioning/start-up documentation
• Ability to supply full calibration services with onshore/offshore support
• Must be Manufacturer Representatives or Manufacturer-certified companies for the equipment under scope (Veolia)
