Tucker Energy Services Guyana Inc. (TESGI), a provider of integrated oilfield services supporting Guyana’s petroleum sector, invites qualified and experienced consulting firms or legal service providers to submit quotations for Professional Services for the Development of a Legal and Regulatory Register applicable to Oil & Gas operations in Guyana.

The Legal Register will support TESGI’s Business Management System (BMS) and ensure compliance with statutory obligations applicable to oilfield service providers operating within Guyana.

The Legal Register shall identify, document, and maintain traceability of all applicable legislation and regulatory obligations relevant to TESGI operations, including environmental, occupational health and safety, financial, and operational compliance requirements.

This RFQ is issued as part of TESGI’s competitive procurement process to obtain technically compliant and commercially competitive proposals from qualified service providers.
