MODEC Guyana requests the services of a SUB-CONTRACTOR to supply, install, commission, and support a complete IPTV-based TV channel service system for the Uaru FPSO.

Scope of Work
• Provide a complete, fully functional TV channel service system for the Uaru FPSO (IPTV-compatible), including decoders, accessories, cabling, and infrastructure
• Supply and install CAT6A cabling and RJ45 outlets for IPTV distribution; install all equipment in the Offshore rack per MODEC standards and project drawings/specs
• Deliver TV services for the FPSO and distribute channels via approximately 37 decoders
• Perform comprehensive services; provide required ABS/regulatory certificates
• Supply commissioning and operational spares; provide special tools for installation/maintenance
• Provide local support (service center/after-maintenance arrangements)

Requirements
• Capability to supply an end to end IPTV TV channel service system for offshore FPSO environments
• Proven experience installing and commissioning IPTV systems, including offshore rack installations to project standards
• Ability to supply IPTV compatible decoders and all necessary accessories and distribution network materials (CAT6A/RJ45)
• Competence in testing and commissioning, including start up and performance testing
• Compliance with ABS and applicable regulatory requirements; ability to issue Product, Type Approval, and Manufacture certificates valid at least 6 months
• Local service capability or after maintenance arrangements to support FPSO operations
