MODEC Guyana Inc. (MOG) is seeking a qualified company to provide end-to-end storekeeping and warehouse operations services at the COMPANY’s onshore logistics base in Georgetown, Guyana. The SERVICES shall ensure accuracy, traceability, safety, and operational efficiency in material management, aligned with COMPANY policies, MODEC standards, HSSE requirements, and applicable Guyanese laws and regulations.

The CONTRACTOR shall deliver comprehensive warehouse management services, including the supply of qualified personnel as part of the service delivery, adhering to COMPANY onboarding and access requirements, to perform daily on-site material handling and inventory control activities. All activities shall be executed using COMPANY-provided systems and equipment and recorded in SAP.

Storekeeper Responsibilities:
Receiving and inspecting incoming materials.
Verifying delivery documentation and material conformity.
Organizing, storing, repacking, and properly identifying/labeling materials per MODEC standards.
Maintaining accurate stock control and records in SAP.
Preparing, issuing, and documenting material dispatches.
Ensuring material traceability and inventory accuracy.
Operating COMPANY-provided equipment (barcode scanners, printers, handheld devices) to support warehouse material management.

Work Schedule and Reporting:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, at the MODEC warehouse.
Functional reporting to the COMPANY’s Logistics Coordinator.

Manpower Phasing (as part of the service delivery):
Semester 1: One (1) Storekeeper.
From Semester 2 onward: Two (2) Storekeepers total.
Requirements
The CONTRACTOR shall ensure assigned personnel meet the following:

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
Proven knowledge of material handling, warehousing, and inventory control processes.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
English proficiency (oral and written).
Understanding of HSSE requirements in industrial environments.

Technical Requirements:
Compliance with COMPANY onboarding, HSSE, and access protocols prior to commencement.
Daily on-site execution at COMPANY’s logistics base.
All material movements, stock accuracy, and daily transactions maintained in SAP and available to COMPANY upon request.
